A label? Bandcamp page says:" a compilation of artists who feel at home in the current Krautrock scene". Also the name of 2 comps released on Tonzonen in 2014, but this track isn't on either. From Milan, Italy, their 3rd release. The band is named after an historical headline they saw about the Great Boston (Massachusetts) molasses flood of January 1919, when a huge tank exploded sending a tsunami of Molasses through the city, which killed a number of people & destroyed many buildings.
