For those who don't get the lyrics, Viburnum are a soft-stalk plant. When their flowers turn to fruits [berries] they're so heavy they pull the plant down, even breaking its stalks. But with a little help, the boundless fruits of it can rise high. Point here being that Ukraine has boundless potential and harvests, but it often instead breaks the nation because no one ever helps the plant [nation] correctly. It's wasted potential, but despite this it keeps regrowing time and time again, until someone grooms the plant, until someone lets it rise proudly with its bounty not being a burden but rather a pride.

"Neither Ukraine's glory nor freedom have died yet.
Fate, Ukrainian brothers, will smile at us yet
Our enemies will perish like dew in the sun.
We will reign, brothers, in our dear land
We will give body and soul for our freedom
And show that we, brothers, are a Cossack family."
